Q: Where do the products come from?

A: It varies, but it’ll arrive faster than your TikTok shop packages.

Q: Is this legal?

A: Define legal. Obviously, any identification purchased from us is a novelty item to be used for novelty purposes, and you should check your state’s laws. Any alcohol and cannabis products should only be ordered by those 21+ and you should check with your state’s laws regarding those items.

Q: What do credit card transactions show up as? 

A: Charges will appear on your statement as "UPAPPAREL" or "UPST APPAREL T-SHIRT"

Q: How long will it take to ship?

A: For identification cards, orders go in on the 1st and 15th of the month and generally take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Q: Is shipping discreet

A: ID shipments arrive in a plain yellow bubble mailer via USPS. If you have other needs, please don't heasitate to reach out and we will do our best to accomodate. 

Q: What if I need to order for myself and friends or have a large order?

A: Please reach out to customer service by email and we will work with you on discounts and shipping.
