Photo Instructions:
Stand again a flat surface wall with a solid, neutral color. Wear clothes that will contrast with your background. Make sure your hair is down and use a high-definition camera (iPhones work).
Signature (See video):
Photo submission through Dropbox. Title submission with first and last name. If you encounter any issues, you can submit photo and signature by email.
Payment
By Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, or Credit Card. If none of these work for you, we can arrange alternative payment; please contact us via email before submitting.
Payments made by card show on statements as Upstate Apparel (t-shirt).
Please either use the name you used on the form or include the name of the person the order is for in the comments field.
